I have a fairly new Lenovo with 100GB hard drive. My memory is full....but
it shouldn't be. Looking at the defragmented file profile, I see a very,
very huge file at the end. I can't find it anywhere. Help? Ideas? Is
there a way to get a complete list of files with file size?

treesize free will show you sizes of each folder. Probably the big
file is in system volume information folder and its a system restore
file. You can remove some set points by reducing the amount of hard
drive space. But note they are there for a reason.
100 gigs is a lot of drive. You might want to run the cleanup on XP
first and then treesize to find the offending files. I have an 80 gig
drive and still have 30 gig free, so yes, you have some large files out
there.
