MySQL/PHP and Frontpage

My server supports MySQL/PHP. Using Frontpage, what is the best way to set
up a database? I've already got a secure form that is working great. Any
suggestions? Thanks!!!
 
You will have to manually deal with this, as FP doesn't have any built in support for MySQL or PHP.
