Is it in the recycle bin? Restore from backup?

About all I can suggest is to review the doc's that come with MySQL to
see what todo. I don't find GlobalInfo db in an index about MySQL that
I have, so it might be one of the databases for your app and not part of
MySQL. Read the docs. If online assistance required, in the doc's are
where these resources are available.
