How about booting up in Safe Mode and uninstalling it?

Safe Mode

Continue to press the F8 key when Windows starts to load
Or hold down the CTRL key
From the menu, select Safe Mode

Are you sure you don't mean Windows live Messenger?
Myspace is web based, not a downloadable program.

Open WLM >Tools>Options >General> untick 3 options > apply> OK

If you don't have a menu Bar > file edit, view, etc > click the very small
upside down arrow underneath the X to close the window.
