myrealbox.com - never got a password

I wonder if someone has a clue of what might be happening to me. I
signed up for an account with myrealbox.com over 2 weeks now. I never
got an email with my password. I tried their 'contact us' area, wrote
several emails and never got a reply. When I try to re-register
there's a note saying that the username I'm choosing has been
successfully registered on the day I singed up - meaning I have an
account! I also tried to sign up with a different username. It
apparently worked (I also got a 'thanks' page at the end of the
registration process) but never got a reply with password for this one
either. My girlfriend also signed up and never got a password.
Anyone has a clue?? Thanks in advance,

ps I know that they don't accept free web-based email accounts (such
as the one I'm using in deja.com but I used a different one...)

If your email provider does some kind of spam filtering, they could be
rejecting the password message from myrealbox.com. The message has a
title that sounds like spam, and the message body contains the word
"free."

Did you use the same email/forwarding address? That may have
been a flag. Free service, not much support. When I've signed
up, and other family members, the process was nearly immediate.

Try e-mailing myrealbox support or ask in a group that handles such
questions. Someone in 24hoursupport.helpdesk could probably help you.
 
Thank you all for your help. I did try emailing tech support about 5
or 6 times and never got an answer. I'll try to post on the group you
mentioned. Thanks.
