Ok
I went and tried what some of you said about this
uninstall site. It did nothing. After I rebooted the
first thing that popped up was the
Transponder.ABetterInternet.Aurora crap again.

remove it.. the uninstall that auroa gives u wont even
uninstall it.. if it keeps up.. will have to totally
reformatt y puter to be without auroa...
i do use www.pitstop.com to ck my puter it works way
better than pctuneup.com it will tell u how to get rid
of most of the sryware.. how fast ur puter is..
performance etc.. way better site to use...i have the
beta running, spybolt and Adware SE personal running
along with Nortan and Nortan firewall.. I am not getting
auroas popups but i do get them to be cleaned everytime i
run checks...
 
Please be warned. MYPCtuneup.com is not just another cleaner site. If we
give this impression, we will soon have created a brand which will be
saleable, and that's not what we want here.

The folks behind Mypctuneup are the ones who provide the delivery mechanism
behind the Aurora popups. This is not a not-for-profit cleanup site, it is
the site run by the folks who brought you the problem in the first place.
And, it appears, they are not cleaning it up, either at this point.
