A file named C\Documents and Settings\(computer name)\local settings\TEMP\README.ZIP:\readme.pif has been infected by the I-Worm/MyDoom.A virus. My anti-virus software says is cannot heal this file, though it did clean up several others. What can be done about this? The file in question does not show up in Search. So far there does not seem to be any damage

Does anybody know the answer? I would be very obliged!

Let the AV application delete the file.
