MyDoom question..

I was dumb enough to open the zip file... oh, well...

Curious... I use EZ and it's latest engine cleaned out 3 files...

Am I clean for good??? What about the 'back door' which is supposed to be
open- what can I do about that.. and last, after I thought all was clean,
EZ's window popped up that the virus was caught yet nothing was running such
as Outlook, etc...
