For some unknown reason or possible deletion, I am unable
to get my shortcut back for MyDocuments.

The shortcut is no longer on the desktop, nor is it under
a list of drives/folders when I want to save a file.

I can browse out everytime I want to access the folder by
going to the c: drive then documents and settings and so
on.

I can create a shortcut to the desktop but this is not
working to well, when I go to save a file I have to browse
the drive to get to mydocuments which is a bit enoying.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this??

Thanks in advance.

Hi Dean,

Search Windows 2000 Help for the following (with quotes): "Show My Documents on the
Desktop". Then follow the steps given, except in step 3. instead of clearing the
option, enable it.
