[email protected] doesn't go, while hotmail goes

(I don't speak english, I hope that someone understands)
I don't succeed to enter in messenger with my address MSN... (it says: the
service temporarily is not available)... but using the address HOTMAIL of my
brother, messenger goes... (!?) Because?
 
ever error 0x8100014 (???)... nothing
