my wireless inet connections wont let me snd email

i have set up a wireless internet system from my main computer to my laptop
but i cant seem to recieveor sent any emails

Care to provide some details? Do you tell your auto mechanic "my car
doesn't work," or do you give as precise a description of the symptoms as
you can? Start by stating your Outlook version and account type. Include
exactly what you're doing, exactly what you see when you do it, the complete
text of any error messages that occur, and what you've tried so far to fix
the problem.
