my windows xp has malicious script error/ preinstalled with my laptop

i recently purchased a laptop computer and whenever i switch it on, windows xp start to load but never enters the operating software. it stays on the xp logo screen and shows the green loading bar, but it gets jammed every time. my anti virus software identified the problem as a malicious script detectio. but i dont kno how to get roud the problem????

Return it to the manufacturer/retailer and complain!
