Windows XP My Windows suddenly restart for no reason

Dear all expert,

I use Windows XP SP2 currently....I have a problems, everytimes I turn on my computer and doing somethings online or offline...my windows is always turn off after couple minutes...I have already check using Anti Virus or Anti Spyware, and it is CLEAN...no viruses or spyware...Anyone could help me plase to solve this problem????

Hi Sheila, welcome to the site!

When you say it turns off, how does it do this? Do you get a warning and then it shuts down, or does it just crash?
 
as ian says does it reboot, turn off or just crash ?

also if you could give as much of the systems specs as possible and the PSU rating (you'll have to take the side off the case for this, and there should be a sticker on the side of it)
