My Windows Media Player will not open!

I have no idea what I did, or what is going on but my
media player will not open no matter what the heck I do
to it! Since it is preinstalled thing I do not really
know how to fix it! Please, any suggestions or solutions
would be GREATLY appreciated!

Go to Start > Run and in the Run box copy, then paste, the following:

"C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\setup_wm.exe"

Then hit the Enter key to reinstall Windows Media Player.
