My Win98 machine wants a password

I have 2 systems on a router. XP Pro and Win98. Whenever I
try to access the Win98 from the XP pro machine I get a
little dialog box asking me for a password.

What password? I never setup a password anywhere? I can
access my Pro system fine from the Win98 machine.

Any ideas would be helpful.
