i asked a while ago about getting a browser to find my website...
i got a couple answeres that it is in my code and that i hafta register with
web browsers...
how do i register... does it cost money...?
what code do i put in my website to look for key words...?

It sounds like you mean to say "search engines", not "browsers", is that
right? Internet Explorer and Firebird are browsers. Google and MSN Search
are search engines.

There are still a few search engines where you can submit your site for
free. Once you submit the site's URL, they'll eventually index the site, and
may include it in their database so that it appears in search results.

what code do i put in my website to look for key words...?

It helps to have keywords appear in the page text, page title (<title>) and
page headings (<h1>, <h2>, etc). <meta> keywords are not very important to
search engines any longer, but it won't hurt to put them there, in
reasonable numbers (10-20 words).
