my warrenty is going to expire

my warrenty expires tomorrow and i need my screen fixed first it is lose. and
my battery only holds charge for about 20 min anymore how can i contact
someone to help me take care of these problems asap? please someone help.

Who made the computer? Or who sold the computer? These are the people
to contact for warranty service.
 
dell, i tried to contact dell and they give you the run around of who to
contact and after 7 numbers and about 15 people and waiting on hold for 24
min i still have no answer.
