Hello There,
According to the Help File for some more advanced video editing software I
have, this problem will occur if the capturing software has not written the
two frames that usually make up a video in the correct order. The codec
that displays the video mis-interprets the information and the result is
what you describe.
The obvious solution is to capture the video using Movie Maker if at all
possible.
The same issue can also be caused by a badly behaving codec which "might"
be fixed by using the program called Rename Codecs which is available from
my web site. If you decide to give it a try be sure to read the short
tutorial on my website on how to use it.
