my version corrupt?

Every time I open WMM and start it places the split clips in REVERSE order,
ALWAYS crashes, says I cannot import file -it is not indexed etc etc. I could
go on! How can I uninstall and re-install an un-corrupted version. It was ok
initially but I think it got a bug? Its very frustrating. Have XP home.
 
Thanks. However my WMM was ok and worked without probs - but then it started
to go wrong & repeatedly crash. I know something is wrong because when it
splits the clips before u drag down to preview pane it REVERSES them -it
didn't before
& when u drag say the 2nd clip down thats when it crashes, sometimes w the
first.I haven't used WMM for some time now, because I am sick of it crashing.
I have noted the files it doesn't "like" .
