My Toshiba wants a system disk in drive

I think my computer is planing on crashing. It wants a system disk insertet in drive. I do not have a system disk, where can I loads one down? Or what do I do
I would appreciate if some one could help me. Anneliese

Check your floppy drive, you might have a floppy there.
