My Toolbars

I have recently completed a database and started setting
my "startup" options. I deselected "Allow Full Menus"
and "Display Database Window". Now I need to get back
into it to make changes but I can not get to the "Startup"
menu. How do I get these back?

Just hold down the shift key during the startup.
