My task bar minimized programs keep popping up continuously

Hello,

Lately, whenever I am doing something in an open window and click the mouse,
the minimized task bar items all keep popping up over and over and I cannot
use the active window, or get back to the original window. It then settles
down for a few minutes, then starts over again.

This is very noticable when trying to play games on pogo.com

Any tips?
