A series of automatic upgrades turned up and I stupidly accepted some
functionality which I subsequently did not like. I uninstalled an MSN On
Line comms package and then tried to restart. Disaster ensued and I now
cannot get my system up and running again in anything but safe mode. I have
two old trusted restore points and still no joy. Is there anything else I
can do try and see if I can repair the damage from safe mode? I amin big
trouble because wife and kids are now convinced I am a biff and Microsoft are
not around on weekends.

Help!!!!!

Check Event Viewer for errors. Check Device Manager for error codes and or
non-starting devices.
