My start-up page keeps going to a search engine
(th.msie.cc/index.php?aid=20037). Even when I change it
to a page I want, the next time I start my computer it's
back to the search page. Is there a way to fix this
problem?
 
I have looked at this page and it looks like your browser may have been hijacked. Scan with some kind of anti-virus or anti-adware or anti-spyware program, and delete any viruses, adware, or spyware that it finds.

Download, install, and run the following three spyware programs; what one
misses, the others will get.

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

These are free (I believe one asks for a donation--your option.).
