my start menu is missing!

i logged on, and i couldnt fin my start menu...one of my
fellow users has probably tampered with my account but
they wont tell me what they did so i can reverse it...i
need to know how to put my start bar back on my pc
without creating a new account...Plz help
 
It sounds like your taskbar may have been resized to "0 rows high". Do you
see a border at the bottom? If so, drag-and-drop it upwards with your mouse
