my start menu and my task bar is gone!!! need help!

Hi,

Suddenly my start menu and my taskbar are both gone. I have to launch
programs from the Task Manager. I look into the current running process
and explorer.exe is not there. So I try to launch explorer.exe through
the task manager. The start menu and taskbar appear for a glimpse and
disappear. I also run my AVG anti virus but nothing was found.


Help Please!!!!
