my start button everything on my cookies won't work?

I'm not sure if it has something to do with my memory space or not? I can't use the start button in any way! No one I know has any solution to this?? My programs pop up when the computer is shutting down, but only for an instant... Anyone??

go to the above site,look for repair or replace start
button(i can't remember which one,but there both in
there),click the link,open it and it will fix you
up.......................................................
you may also like line 111,it changes the name on the
start button,to show off to your friends,It kicks back
after you open up anything,so it doesn't hurt anything.I
like to put my name on it while it sets.Good Luck,you may
find other things there that you may like for your
