my sound

since installing microsoft spyware i've experienced
numerous software issues such as windows firewall not
working and i was able to get the info to fix that one
thankyou!!but,when i start the computer...and...when
playing microsoft flight sim 2004 my sound is scratchy
and distorted and the computer seems to pulsate which in
turn i believe is the cause of my sound problems . I am
running XP home edition can anyone give me a clue please
what to do????????
