My Sound Driver on my other computer isn't working

can't play sound out of computer speacers don't know what
kind of sound card is installed

Try this: Open the Help and Support Center and click on Hardware (in the
left hand column.) In the Hardware box, click on 'Fixing a hardware
problem'. (You may have to scroll a bit to see it.) On the right hand side,
click on 'Sound troubleshooter'.
