My Sound Doesnt Work On Internet Browsers

When i am on killsometime.com the movies play in windows media player, and i
can hear the sound, but when i am watching videos on the internet without
using wmp the sound wont come? is it my internet settings or any plugins? Plz
help me, its bothering me a lot.
