Not working for me either

The site removed for antispam will not work for me either.

I do not think it is anything to do with your own individual settings on your computer because the site will run off a remote destination i.e. web server. Is the web server running correctly? if you are running the web server locally i.e. on your own machine have you made sure everything is working fine such as apache, tomcat etc depending on the type of server ur running.

It looks like a server problem 2 me!

Work for me!

I can see the site. Much to my discussed! EEEERRRR Villa. I will have to clean my machine now ;)

Not sure what this could be. Client side I would suggest.

Works fine for me too, doesn't seem to be anything the matter now!

still not working for me!!!

I have tried this on ie and firefox, both not working.

I think it could be something with the client side as it is working with some and not working with others.

But I still think that it could be server associated, there could be settings that are disallowing certain machines to run the site.

Also depends what type of web server is being run.

well i will ask my host and will see what he says.....how do i run my site without seeing it online. :|

what do you mean it could be with the client side

Could be a problem with ur dns settings, check with the web host admin to check this all out.

What is meant by client side is basically the presentation layer where you are viewing the site, in your case this is your web browser...there could be problems with your client but I do not think this is the case because I have tested this in more than one browser.

Find out what type of web server is being run also, depends if it is programmed as client side or server side but this should not make much difference to be honest.

You can run the site offline (on your local computer) using ie as long as it is a html page, if you are running dynamic content using technologies such as php, jsp etc u must have the appropriate server running on your local computer, for php you must have apache installed, for jsp you must have tomcat installed etc

I'm not sure to be honest, I'd contact your host about it and see what they say.

Ian looks as though he is on the right track and I would do as he suggested.

However, it could be you need to use a PROXY server ... google will help there ... NTL did something in Cardiff and nobody in Cardiff could access my site without using a PROXY server.

Ignore my last sentence ...

Cannot find server or DNS Error ...

You do need to get in contact with your hosting admin with regards to the dns, it definitely does look like a dns error to me, I wasnt aware of dns settings being changed b4 rambling about web server etc.

I also should have asked earlier are you able to run the site locally on your computer, as I have said before if you are running dynamic scripting pages such as php these will not run on your local machine unless you have the appropriate web server running so if you are having trouble running them locally on your computer then that could be the problem there.

Also mention to your admin about the proxy, I have had similar proxy server problems before when running some web services.

well the page is .php

ill ask my host bout all the stuff and hopefully he shud help me
