Look into your video card settings.. Usually when this happens - those can
get it back to normal.
(near the clock.)

Why is your neck killing you just because your computer has turned sideways?
Most people look at their monitor to see what's happening on their computer.
The computer itself is usually on the floor somewhere.

Now, it it's Really your monitor that is displaying things sideways then
either physically rotate the monitor itself or go to Control Panel > Display
and see if you have some kind of pivoting software installed.

Hi

Try this:

Right click the Desktop, select Properties>Settings>Advanced. See if there
is a setting in there to rotate the screen back to normal. If you have
Nvidia software installed try clicking on the tab for your graphics card and
have a look for NVRotate on the left hand side.

If you do have an Nvidia card there may be an icon in the Notification Area.
If so, right click on it, select Rotation Settings and then set it to 0
degrees.
