My sent and delete boxes are in a local folder, not my primary acc

What is this "local folder" thing with Mozilla Thunderbird? It has its own
inbox, sent box, drafts and delete boxes, and some of my mail to my
Thunderbird address is there, but I want it all in my Primary Account. Do I
even need a "local folder?" I tried to delete it but it doesn't appear to be
an option.

Also, I would like it password protected (just to open it) but all I can
find is info about a master password which is not really what I want. Is it?

Sorry man, you are posting to the wrong newsgroup/forum. This is a NG for MS
donet program developers. Maybe, you need to post to
MS.Public.Windows.XP.General or to the NG base on the operating system
you're using.
