After doing some overclocking (although not major overclocking) to my
Sempron 64 2800+ (socket 754), (Increased the FSB to 225 to get it to
1.8GHz) it benchmarked to nearly the equivalent of an Athlon 64 3000+ socket
939 processor. Not quite, but it was close. Not bad for a Sempy, half the
cache of that Athlon 64, and using my PC-2100 RAM.
