My Search Bar and ublsyshvlldf

Hi,
Whenever i start internet explorer, two toolbars appear.
My search bar and ublsyshvlldf. I have located the "My
Search Bar" toolbar in my program files but i can not
delte it because a message saying make sure the
application is not in use or is not full write protected.
I have tried closing internet explorer and that doesnt
work either. Can anyone help?
