My Screen has Rotated! Need help putting it back!

I have no idea how it happened but my screen has rotated 90 degrees. I know
this problem is due to Windows and here's why:

-Windows has shifted itself to fit on screen. This includes The Start Bar at
the bottom and their being more vertical room on the desktop.

-Any game I load that goes full screen puts it back to normal.

I am completely puzzled. Please help me put this back to normal.

what graphics card you using? if nvidia, r-click on desktop, open
properties, settings, advanced, graphics card (should be a tab for it), look
for "nvrotate" to fix. other cards should have same function somewhere.
(it's for using a lcd screen turnd on edge . presentations, i guess. or
laying on couch while computing or somethin).
