A number of folks have remarked that Microsoft Antispyware seems to scan
fewer files than they expect.
About the only response I can see to make, in the absence of concrete
information about how it selects files to scan--is that it seems to scan
enough files to do the job very well, according to most reviewers.
I wouldn't worry about it.
