my recent documents

when you click the start button, a window appears that includes " my recent
Documents"....how do you delete that function or clear the list? Thanks
 
In your control panel select "Taskbar and Start Menu"
In the Properties windows Select the "Start Menu"
Then select "Customized"
Select the "Advanced" tab
Deselect "List my most recently opened documents"
Click OK.
