My pop up blocker has disappeared from IE 6

6.0.My pop up blocker has completely disappeared from my program, I have no
"pop up" listing under "Tools", and it's completely frustrating.

My IE version is: 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.05031-1519

I would like to find out how to reinstall it if possible.
 
Open Registry Editor and navigate to the following keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \
Restrictions
-and-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \
Restrictions

In the right-pane, delete the "NoPopupManagement" value if exists.
Close Registry Editor
