My Pictures

I cannot find the My Pictures file from anywhere excet going to Start, My Pictures. If I try to attach a pic to an email, I have to go to My Pictures first and send it from there. I tried going to Explore, My Documents .. My Pictures is not listed so I tried adding it and it said a file with that name already existed.

Go to Windows Exporer > Folder options > view and check 'show all
hidden files' and also 'show system files and folders.'
