what would be the cause for the message:windows cannot
open this file.to open this file,windows needs to know
what program created it.windows can go online to look it
up automaticly or you can manualy select from a list of
programs on your computer. what do you want to do.
use the webservice to find the apporpriate program or
select from a program list.
when i downloaded a image from either a web source or from
my e-mail.
when i go to my pictures the file image can not be viewed.
what is the difference between a file being created as a
art(*.art) or as a bitmap(*.bmp)and i get the above
message.
