Windows XP My Pictures

I am using XP Pro. Whenever I try to delete more than one picture file at a time Windows automatically copies the file back into the folder. What's the fix?
 
This is one that has stumped many many people...Goto start Menu>HighlitMy Pictures>Right click>Scan for Viruses...If no Viruses are found and this is the answer I have got from far to many so called IT experst..Back-up everything and the do a Full OS re-install..Pain in the ar*e, but by the sounds of things something is not right on your machine..
