My Pictures folder

From Windows XP, I am unable to open My Pictures folder
without it opening in the "search results" first. The
pictures in the folder will not display until asked to do
so.

Know of a fix?

Please go to the following website, scroll the list to line 18, click
"Search Opens When Double Clicking A Folder."
