I Do Not Know If This is the Right GROUP?

I wanted to send an IMAGE from "My Pictures". I click The Image The Click
the Image then Click "Email this File"? But Nothing Happens? I do Not Get any
Type of Error Message?

What Do I Do to Fix This? It sometimes Does Say That The Default Mail Client
Is Not properly Installed?
Why Do I have to Set Microsoft OUTLOOK as my Default Email? I Currently Use
Hotmail
 
The steps you are taking require a local email client set up on your
computer, it will not work with web type email. AFAIK you cannot set up
hotmail for use with any email client unless you have a pay account, the
free accounts aren't supported.
 
If you want to send a picture with that method you need an email client that
is setup to do it. MS Outlook from the Office Suite will not do that, but
Outlook Express can.

Open OE, tools menu, Accounts, New > email account. Follow the setup wizard
and put in your hotmail address.

??? Sure Outlook can do it, just as Outlook Express can.
 
Thanks, I no longer get updates for Office. It was my understanding that the
hotmail setup was to be disabled in future Office Outlooks. Glad to hear they
decided against that.
