My Pictures "Copy to CD missing"

When I load the images from my camera to "my pictures" is used to have an option "Copy to CD". Now that option is no longer there and I can't transfer my pictures to Cd. Please Help!!!
 
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ....32 and SHI...
