My Outlook can't send messages

My Outlook Express 6 set-up don't sent the messages to the destination. It
receves messages, but can't sent any of messages.
What it is the correct configuration?, please?

OE usually produces an error message or messages when something like this
happens, do you get any? If so, would you post it/them please?

do you use a firewall?
 
I have the same problem.My error is:
Det gick inte att hitta värden 'smpt.tiscali.se'. Kontrollera att du har

Protokoll: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure (SSL): Nej, Socket-fel: 11001, Felnummer:
0x800CCC0D IN english is like this: Could not find the houst
´smpt,tiscali.se`. Check that you have the right servername. Acount:
`mail.tiscali.se`,Server: `smpt.tiscali.se`,Protokoll: SMTP, Port:25, Secure
(SSL): Nej, Socket-fel: 11001, Felnummer: 0x800CCC0D .
