My Outlook calendar shows all my time as tentively booked, unless I have
accepted a meeting, then it shows that time as booked. My problem is that no
one can tell when I am not in a meeting so they can schedule things on my
calendar. Is there a some setting that I can change so my free time is shown
as free and not as tentatively booked? Thanks
