When I click on the 'Calendar' tab in Outlook, there is no calendar coming up
- all that is showing is the "For Follow Up Folder" which is displaying
underneat the "My Calendar" heading right at the top of the left hand window.
A calendar will come up in a separate window if I right click and select
"Open in New Window" but that's not really what I want.
