Try to solve this problem by deleting the file "FRMACHE.DAT" that you
find in

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application
Datas\Microsoft\FORMS

Restart Outlook and see if that has helped. If not create a new profile

Before taking this advice, I would like to have the opinion and approval of
one of the Microsoft MVP's on doing this...

Christian's advice has always been good - have you tried it? It does no harm and will probably solve your problems.

Just because we are MVPs does not mean that our word is law. MVPs learn from reading the posts and solutions provided the same as everyone else. Sometimes (rarely, hopefully) we even give bad advice but learn quickly.

The only source you should accept as "gospel truth" is the Microsoft KB, and even then some salt is involved.
