My original Outlook will never be the same after Trial 2003

After trying the trial version of Outlook 2003 and then going back to my
Outlook 2002 I am all fouled up.
1) Each time it must install itself;
2) Send/Receive will not work;
3) Defining Send/Receive will not work;
4) "Operation Failed" is now my common site.

I have tried to Detect/Repair and ReInstall my Small Business Office 4 times
now and still No change in configuration after Trial Version of Office 2003.

I honestly planned to purchase 2003 but after weeks in the hospital and no
work I am short on dollars and now my original Outlook is fouled up.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Michael Hooker

Delete the profile in control panel mail. find and delete the files at
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.

Do you let it finish installing itself?

No luck. Here is what I have done:
1)Deleted files at control panel mail;
2)Completely uninstalled MS Office containing Outlook;
3)Deleted all C:\Doc files;
4)Completely reinstalled Office containing Outlook.

Each time I pull up Outlook a small window pops up "Windows Installer"
saying "Preparing to install" as if I don't have it completely installed. The
toolbar and menus are visible but it takes a while for the emails to pull up.

When I do install Office from disk I use the "Complete Install" function.

Thanx again,

Michael
